Nancy Ramos is a State Certified Building Contractor who is licensed, insured and has both residential and commercial building experience.
Nancy is the President of Ramos Builders, Inc. and has been a State Certified Building Contractor Since 1991. Ramos Builders, Inc.. evolved from Ramos Construction which incorporated in the 1980's by Tony Ramos (Nancy's Father in Law). In August of 1991 Tony Ramos and Nancy Ramos merged and formed what is now Ramos Builders, Inc. Nancy began her building career specializing in Commercial Build outs. Nancy is a past board member of CCCIA. She is also a past board member and President of both Cape Coral American Little League and Cape Coral Senior Little League. She has also served as liaison to the Lee County School System Advisory Council. Nancy was nominated for the Blue Chip Enterprise Initiative Award in 1997 in recognition of her business achievements. Nancy has been married to her husband Ed for 31 years and is the mother of 2 sons Evan and Andrew. Nancy has lived in Lee County since 1972 and a resident of Cape Coral since 1980. |

Ed Ramos has over 15 years of banking and finance related experience and can assist you in finding the right lending package to fit your needs. In addition, Ed is a licensed Real Estate Agent and can assist you in finding the right home site.
Ed is the Vice President of Ramos Builders, Inc. Ed has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 1998. Ed is a Graduate of the Florida School of Banking, University of Florida, Gainsville. Ed is a member of the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce and the Cape Coral Board of Realtors. Ed is Past Treasurer of the Downtown Cape Coral Nautilus Business Association, past President of The Ft. Myers Track Club. and past Treasurer of the Cape Coral American Little League. Ed is Fluent in Spanish and could assist our non-english speaking customers. Ed grew up in Florida and has been a resident of Cape Coral since 1972. |
